Ice Cream Kiosk Operator

We have positions available at two locations, Wolsingham Park and Hamsterley Forest. You will report to our depot based in West Auckland before each shift and then travel to the kiosk. This job is ideal for students or anyone looking for part time work.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Ice Cream Maker to join our team. As an Ice Cream Maker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality ice cream treats for our customers. This is a hands-on role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary arts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings
- Operate ice cream making equipment and machinery
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in taste and texture
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen area
- Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and offering suggestions or upselling options

Qualifications:

- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients accurately
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
