**What are we looking for?**

A Sales Controller who can lead, manager and motivate their team. A like-minded team member that is driven to achieve their goals, an individual that can see the changes and challenges that are taking place in our industry and wants to develop, learn and evolve to meet the demands of the future.

**Typical Responsibilities.**
- Managing a team of Sales Executives.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve manufacture targets.
- Drive sales to deliver internal financial targets.
- Manage used car stock including buying & stock turn
- Market vehicles for sale, both online and in-store.
- Ensure customer satisfaction index scores are consistently high.
- Handling any customer complaints in an efficient and effective way.
- Compose and present accurate weekly financial forecasts.
- Plan and execute an effective strategy to consistently achieve company goals.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Business manager/Controller/Assistant Manager within the automotive industry. Whilst brand experience is preferred, it isn’t essential. In addition to your experience, you will demonstrate the following:

- Be confident in their ability to use the latest web based systems.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve financial targets.
- Have an understanding of automotive systems and functionalities.
- Has the desire to work as part of a team.
- Competent IT skills are essential.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- A keen eye for detail with an honest and diligent approach your work.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
- A strong desire to learn and develop.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
