LT Motor Supplies are seeking Sales Counter Staff on a Full Time basis.

Applications are welcome from those who are friendly, hard-working, diligent, and would suit life in a small, family-ran business.

Experience within the motor trade is advantageous, but not essential. A full clean UK drivers licence is also beneficial.

Salary is competetive, but negotiable upon experience.

Employees work 4 day working weeks from 8am-5pm, plus every third weekend (9am-2pm Saturday, 9:30am-12:00 noon Sunday).

Lunch for employees is provided daily.

**Duties**
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify parts needed by customersusing industry standard software (MAM Autopart, MAM Autocat, partslink24). Training provided.
- Complete sales and process payments accurately, cash, card and trade account.
- Maintain positive relationships with trade account holders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Build and develop knowledge of parts, suppliers and the wider motor trade to enhance understanding and quality of service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or motor trade environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic maths skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
