**Position Overview**

The role of Client Administrator is to work with my clients teams to ensure that efficient and effective client communications and account management are carried out. To work with the Heads of Department and the Managing Director to organise, prepare for and document client meetings and actions. The role is very varied and is essential in ensuring that the Company’s client administration tasks are carried out to the highest standards.

**Structure**

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will also build strong relationships with:
- The SEO Team
- The Paid Team
- The Content and Social Media Team
- The Senior Management Team

**Role responsibilities include: -**
- Assisting with client communication ensuing that client queries and follow ups are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner
- Taking client meeting minutes, distributing and allocating action points as necessary
- Monitoring of action points and chasing / escalating as necessary
- Updating in-house systems / CRM
- Assisting with report preparation
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations
- Provide client administration support to colleagues as and when required
- Building effective relationships with clients
- Carrying out administration for new clients and prospects
- Assisting with competitor analysis and identify areas of concern or interest
- Develop a knowledge of Search Marketing to better understand client needs and aid in effective communication
- Typing and document organisation
- Greeting visitors in a professional manner
- Organising meetings and preparation of meeting room when required
- Making refreshments as and when required
- Any other duty that may be required in line with the business needs

**Place of work**:
The role of Administrator is an office based role working Monday to Friday 8.30am to
5.00pm, 37.5hours a week. You will occasionally be required to travel with colleagues to visit client sites for meetings.

This job description sets out the scope and main duties of the role of Client Administrator. It does not include or define all tasks which the post holder may be expected to carry out. Duties will vary from time to time without changing the nature of the post or level of responsibility. The post holder may also be required to carry out any other duties as required by their line manager or the Company.
