Guesthouse Attendant

A highly motivated and organized individual is sought for the role of Guest House Housekeeper/Assistant Manager at a 4-room guesthouse in East Belfast.

This is a full-time position requiring an individual who is able to work 5-6 days a week, including weekends, in the time range between 11.30am and 3.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and service guest rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently and effectively
- Manage computer administration tasks, including data entry and reservation management
- Maintain the decor of the guest rooms and common areas
- Ensure all supplies are stocked and rooms are properly equipped
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor the current stock of inventory and reorder supplies as necessary

**Requirements**:

- Minimum housekeeping experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
