Builders Cleaner

**Applicants must live in London Brough of Wandsworth or Lambeth**

**Mon - Fri**

**7.30 am - 4.30 pm (45h can vary)**

**Salary: £TBC**

**Estimated start date: ASAP**

**Essential Criteria**:

- Valid CSCS card**
**- Previous Building/Commercial Cleaning experience**

They should also have knowledge of what goes into a buildersclean and be experienced with the removal of dust and dirt, with the practical skills required for the deep cleaning of all areas.

Their responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Complete clean of the interior areas of the building which is critical for ensuring the site is safe, clean, and ready for use
- Cleaning any dust and left over residue
- Working at height on a ladder to ensure dust is wiped off high level light fittings etc
- Be able to take the initiative where required, be hard working and reliable
- Demonstrate a professional attitude at all times

**Salary**: £11.95 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
