**Job Summary**:
Sure Recruitment NI are looking for quality assistants for a large manufacturer based in Ballymena. They will be responsible for maintaining compliance and conformity with ISO 9001.
**Duties**:
- Comply with the Health and Safety management system
- Work within the company's Integrated Management system
- Ensure implementation and compliance in terms of ISO:9001
- Follow a testing schedule and quality checks in factory and in lab
- Carry out dimension checks on products, conduct mould checks and setup
- Record all tests and checks and ensure up to date
- Monitor product quality and contribute to problem solving and developing solutions
- Working effectively as part of quality team and build positive relationships
**Essential Skills**:
- strong attention to detail and thoroughness to ensure products meet specifications
- IT skills including Microsoft word and Excel
- Ability to work in a busy factory environment
- Good communication skills and organisational skills
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience in material and concrete testing with a lab environment
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Experience in taking measurements on site
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
SRNISH
Pay: £14.11 per hour
Expected hours: 48 per week
