We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Graduate to join our dynamic team. This position is designed to provide you with comprehensive training and hands-on experience in HSE practices within the Marine industry. You will work under the guidance of experienced HSE professionals and be involved in various projects that ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promote a culture of safety, and enhance our sustainability efforts. This isn’t your standard HSE opportunity with this role you will work on a variety of different projects globally
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Participate in incident investigations and help develop preventative measures.
- Support the preparation of HSE reports and documentation for internal and regulatory purposes.
- Engage in safety training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Monitor and analyse HSE performance metrics and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE compliance in all operations.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure company adherence.
**Requirements**:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. We would also consider someone with a passion for HSE with entry level industry experience
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and standards, particularly within the heavy industry sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- **The ability to travel and work away is essential**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Relevant internships or work experience in HSE is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
