**Responsibilities**:

- Help build talent pools to ensure a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles.
- Identify skills to match appropriately against requirements
- Assist in writing job descriptions for open positions.
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating the interview process.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases.
- Attend career fairs and other recruitment events to build our talent pipeline.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sourcing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
