**The Opportunity**
Are you looking to join a busy School within their office and assist with all aspects of Administration?
Do you currently have an Enhanced DBS, or are you on the update service?
Would you like to work on a temporary basis, meaning you have flexibility in your availability alongside weekly pay?

**The Role**
Our client is a School based in the north of Newcastle, and they are currently looking for an Administrator to join their busy School office.
Duties of the role will include
- Liaising with Students, parents and carers regarding updates, news and events
- Updating SIMS
- Dealing with stakeholders and the wider team within the School to support with Administration
- Supporting Teachers with Admin as required
- Generating reports for Senior Leaders
- Organising meetings and some diary management
- Updating spreadsheets, tracking monies for trips and events throughout the School

**The Person**
You may have worked within a School previously, or you may have fantastic Administration experience within another industry.
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
