Are you an animal lover that can provide superb customer service? Whether you have a fondness of furry friends or are fascinated by aquatic life you could be the Salesperson we’re looking for to join our Pets and Aquatics departments at our Downtown Garden Centre.

As a Sales Assistant, you will focus on offering an excellent customer service in a busy and varied environment, building rapport, interacting with customers, and delivering expert pet product recommendations to tailor items to the individual customer’s needs.

You will be a key team player, with superb communication skills and good levels of self-motivation. Prior experience working in retail or an interest in animals or aquatic life is beneficial, but not essential and full training will be provided.

Hours are 15 per week usually to be worked over three days a week. However, a flexible approach to working days and times is required and you should be available to work varying shift patterns with regular weekend working and differing days if required, all within store opening times.
