Deployment Planner

**Position**: Deployment Planner

**Based**: Haddenham, UK

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Processing POs in the system - based on requirements in the system (SAP countries) or based on orders received (non SAP countries), liaising with material team to validate availability.
Organising Transport to deliver available products to destination (depending on incoterms), in liaison with local teams at destination.
Prepare necessary Export documents following ITC guidance
Link with 3PL and Import/Export agents when necessary - trouble shooting, enquiries, shipment follow up

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Supply Chain - Logistics or equivalent experience on the job
Some previous experience in logistics, transport, import-export processes or similar
Work experience with SAP/APO
Financial acumen is a plus
Efficient communication, Responsiveness, Time management, Prioritization, Problem solving,
Cross functional work and Stakeholder management, working under pressure and with tight deadlines, autonomy and proactiveness
Working knowledge of Power BI will be an asset
