Are you passionate about EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and enjoy working with external partners to establish and maintain complex connections? We are seeking an experienced and organized EDI Specialist to join the team with one of our successful clients in the food supply chain industry. As an EDI Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, monitoring, and maintaining our extensive EDI connections. You will collaborate closely with our business and ERP developers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with EDI requirements.

**Key Objectives**:

- Collaborate with our external partners to design, maintain, and monitor our diverse and intricate EDI connections.
- Work closely with the business to design and enable new external connections.
- Collaborate with ERP developers to ensure changes or additions to ERP processes align with EDI requirements.

**Responsibilities**: As an EDI Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting daily reviews of file transfer errors and identifying their causes (e.g., service outage, data error). Take necessary corrective actions such as resending files or notifying the relevant individuals/departments.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for any issues related to orders or invoices flowing in and out of Enterprise Foods.
- Updating AS2 certificates using ArcESB.
- Establishing new AS2 connections via ArcESB.
- Setting up new SFTP and FTP connections as required.
- Adding new TGMS VAN trading relationships.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding EDI file transfers.
- Collaborating with customers and suppliers on new EDI projects.
- Developing and testing new mappings for customer or supplier projects using Altova Mapforce.
- Scheduling and executing mapping jobs using Altova FlowForce.
- Reviewing any errors occurring during FlowForce operations, correcting and resending files when necessary, or highlighting errors to the relevant individuals/departments.
- Documenting EDI processing activities.
