Matching staff solutions is hiring C4W + Employment Mentor role based in **Barry**. The purpose of this role is to provide a range of administrative support within and across services determined by the client. If you feel you are one of them, please get in touch with us.
- Enhancing "job-search" methods and knowledge, such as by selecting the top websites.
- Improving the interviewing skills and self-assurance of our participants and helping participants select the most appropriate training course alternatives.
- Providing knowledge about possible career paths.
- Passing on general and specific employment-sector knowledge, particularly in respect of the local labour market.
- Experience in Mentoring individuals to reach their potential.
- Experience working in the community development setting.
- Experience of supporting people to find work or improve their career.

**Working hours: -**
- Mon - Fri, 09:00 - 17:00
