Job Summary:
We are looking for an all rounder with a focus on building and plumbing to help maintain our supported living facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

Ensuring all maintenance is addressed in order of priority to a safe and usable standard.
Regular inspections of interior and exterior.

Tools are provided and materials are bought to order through the business where needed.

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to assist with construction, maintenance, and other projects. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and are looking for a hands-on role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the setup and cleanup of worksites
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and equipment as required
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Adhere to project deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively

**Salary**: £13.50-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
