Production/warehouse Operative

Working as a Production & Warehouse Operative your role will be extremely varied.

**Main responsibilities**
Ensure smooth and efficient running of Production/Warehouse, pouring, boxing, pouching as required in conjunction with Production & Warehouse Executive.
**Production**
Run production machines producing core chemical stock
Complete daily Production Jobs accurately and timely
Ensure shelves stocked to agreed levels
Maintain machines, cleaning, lubrication to planned schedule
Report any Machine issues
Maintain recipe master spreadsheet - add for NEW chems if they need to be different
Maintain issues spreadsheet and add fixes we find
Polywrap products
If a temp is employed for pouring / boxing / pouching, assist them as necessary.
**Warehouse**
Goods In - receive and check, inform the team.
Pouch and box products as necessary
Rework products with customer specific requirements
Flag when stock like labels, pouches, document wallets, banding straps, polywrap, etc are low
Decant IBCs to enable collection
Maintain tidy and clean operation at all times, empty bins etc
Assist with B2B orders as required.
Weekly clean
Annual Deep clean
**Stock Take**
Count stock accurately - annual and spot checks throughout the year
**Health & Safety and First Aid**
Highlight any potential hazards to relevant person
**Any reasonable request**
As we are a small team, we all help out as necessary.
**Marginal Gains**
Suggest and implement improvements
Pay: £20,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
