We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our team. The ideal fitness instructor will have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, will be approachable, chatty and welcoming to everyone who walks through our doors. They will lead and guide members through challenging workouts, they will give inductions, teach group exercise classes, teach kid's classes and will also have the opportunity to take on Personal Training clients if qualified. Boxing for fitness training will be given so that 1:1 pad work can be offered to each member, creating a unique workout experience every time they attend. Ensuring the club is clean, tidy and safe at all times is also paramount to the job role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Teach group fitness classes.
- Teach individuals fitness techniques.
- Convey enthusiasm to those working out.
- Be inspiring, encouraging, motivating, supportive and approachable.
- Work will with a diverse group of people.
- Be part of the team.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week
**Salary**: £9.50-£10.00 per hour
