Liability Claims Handler - Essex - Competitive Annual Basic Salary plus excellent benefits package
An experienced Liability Claims Handler is required to join a leading Global Loss Adjusters providing Loss Adjusting, Claims and Risk Management Services with a focus on Speciality Markets and Complex Commercial where you will join a team of specialist claims handlers managing your own caseload of Liability/Injury claims for the UK and overseas from cradle to grave.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Investigate, negotiate and agree settlement of Liability claims
- Liaise with all relevant parties including the Insured, insurers/brokers etc. in the UK and Europe
- Produce reports within agreed timescales and SLA’s
- Raise invoices and time reporting/billing is compliant
- Work closely with the Field Adjuster as required
- Attend client review meetings as and when required
**Applicant Requirements**:
**About you**:
- Liability/Casualty claims handling experience
- Excellent communication skills and experience, face to face, verbal and written
- The ability to write reports and raise invoices
- A good Insurance Claims background
- The ability to work under pressure and within strict timescales
- Ideally Industry qualifications
- Be a team player and enjoy working in an office environment
