**Maintenance Person**

Having over 20 years of property experience, we are experts in all areas of residential and commercial properties across lettings, management and property development.

**Role**

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for the care of our properties. Working across joinery, plastering, tiling, painting, basic plumbing, light building work & general property maintenance. You will provide our tenants with a premium service, while looking after our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Maintenance Person, we are looking for someone to:

- Utilise our works management system to attend reactive maintenance jobs reported by our tenants on a daily basis; liaising with the office team to prioritize your workload to ensure the most critical jobs are closed off in line with our SLA agreements
- Resolve maintenance tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring the appropriate materials are ordered in advance
- Work with our Property Care team to agree and perform planned maintenance across the portfolio
- Conduct property inspections at the end of a tenancy - creating a schedule of works along with required materials
- Provide emergency support across the portfolio where needed
- Supporting with compliance checks throughout the portfolio

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Maintenance experience with a multi-skilled background
- Highly organised and able to work to timeframes
- High levels of integrity and reliability
- Works safely at all times
- Full UK Driving Licence
