**Responsibilities**:

- Receive training on specific machines and become proficient in their setup, operation, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with the setter to ensure the smooth running of an envelope machine.
- Assist in changing reels, replenishing products, and ensuring continuous production flow.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a safe and productive environment.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and communicate any problems to the setter or maintenance team.
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Machine Setter or a background in mechanical engineering.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new machines and processes.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform quality checks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work rotating day shifts, including mornings and afternoons.
