The Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) administrator provides administrative support to the SHEQ department.
Based at our Weston office, this position plays a vital role in ensuring that the SHEQ team runs effectively and efficiently, and provides an essential support service to the operations of the company.
The SHEQ Administrator is responsible for;
- Administrating company databases such as inspections, audits and training
- Communicating safety critical information and ensuring that this information feeds back into company systems
- Booking training courses and occupational health appointments
- Organising fire & first aid arrangements
- Ensuring compliance for the inspection and certification of safety related equipment
- General administration of company systems
Experience in the health & safety sector would be beneficial but not essential.
Salary starts at £25,415 per year, based on experience.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Good organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic and friendly, with a positive attitude
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel etc)
