**Property Management Assistant**

**Location: North London**

**Hours: Monday - Thursday 9-5pm, 3pm finish on Fridays**

**Salary: £30,000PA - £40,000PA**

Main duties of an Property Management Assistant:

- Supporting one property manager with their portfolio of properties
- Handle reported maintenance issues in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with contractors to organise repairs and maintenance and ensure that works are

completed within the given timeframe
- Raise purchase orders and invoices for works
- Assist with section 20 processes
- Assist with service charge budgets and accounts
- Deal with insurance claims and ensure the correct insurance is in place
- Follow all company's H&S procedures
- Attending site visits and AGMS if necessary
- Keep all in-house database systems up to date
- General ad-hoc duties

**Must have previous experience in block management
