Keeping on top of all administration given to you by the Directors.
- Dealing with health and Safety documentation.
- Working with both commercial and residential property
- Being a main point of contact for people trying to reach the Directors.

**The starting salary for this position will be £40,000 per annum**

The job will be office based 4 days a week but you will be able to work from home for 1 day per week. The right person will have the following
- Fantastic interpersonal skills.
- A positive can do attitude.
- Have initiative and to be able to work independently.
- At least two years experience in Property Administration.
- Basic AST knowledge.
- To be competent in with all of Microsoft and Computers generally.
