Are you looking to make an impact in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Operator. In this role, you will report directly to the Shift Team Leader for routine operations and to the Manufacturing Manager for all other matters. This position offers a unique opportunity to be actively involved in the production of high-quality healthcare products while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

**Hours**:21:45pm until 10:00am working on a shift pattern of 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off

**What You'll Do**:

- **Hands-On Manufacturing**: Be at the heart of our production process, manufacturing bulk products from a variety of raw materials according to precise Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Product Formula Sheets.
- **Quality Assurance**: Ensure all products meet strict quality standards and specifications, including adjusting parameters such as pH levels and viscosity.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to organize storage and ensure seamless production flow.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and communicate essential information to relevant parties.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce batches up to five tonnes with precision and care.
- Safely operate manual handling equipment and electric pallet trucks.
- Ensure cleanliness of manufacturing vessels and report any issues promptly.
- Complete and maintain your own BMRs accurately.
- Provide on-the-job training for new team members.
- Be flexible to support weekend and out-of-hours work when needed.
