Refined Landscapes is on the lookout for an experienced and dedicated Landscape Foreman to lead our project teams in the Hertfordshire area. **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Supervision**: Direct and oversee a team of landscapers, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
- **Project Execution**: Undertake and supervise a wide range of landscaping tasks including, but not limited to, demolition, construction of hardscape elements (walls, paths, drainage systems, fences, decking), and softscape enhancements (turfing, seeding, planting).
- **Equipment and Safety Management**: Safely operate and supervise the use of power tools and heavy machinery (mini excavators, dumpers, rollers, etc.), ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as the point of contact for clients on-site, ensuring all inquiries are handled with professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness.
- **Team Development**: Contribute to the training and development of team members, promoting a culture of learning and growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in landscaping with a track record of leading teams.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction and soft landscaping techniques.
- Proficiency in operating a wide range of tools and machinery.
- A valid driving license is essential, as the role requires driving company vehicles in the Hertfordshire area.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
- A self-starter who is proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about landscaping.
