**Here at our brand-new Bristol Vet Specialist Hospital, we have an exciting opportunity for a Referrals Administrator to join our growing team.**

Your new role will be to provide a friendly customer-focused service in one of the most advanced specialist referral centres in the UK, based in Bristol.

The rota will be the following:
Week One: 07.30 - 16.00

Week Two: 11.30 - 20.00

And will also include a 1:6 share of the Weekend rota where you will be working: 08.30 - 12.30

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting with client queries
- Providing reception cover when required
- Work professionally within a strong team dedicated to delivering high quality client care.
- Undertake and maintain effective administration processes, protocols and procedures in line with CVS requirements and those of any applicable statutory or regulatory agency.

The salary for this position will be in line with National Minimum Wage +3% cost of living increase.
