**Independent Sexual Violence Advocate (ISVA)**

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Support Centre (Rape Crisis South London) is looking for a committed, professional and skilled Individual to join the Advocacy team and support survivors of sexual violence navigate the Criminal justice system.

The role will require working with women and girls aged 13 and over who are survivors of sexual violence and are thinking about reporting to the police, or who have reported. The ISVA will support throughout the survivor’s journey with the criminal justice system. As such you will need experience of working in the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector.
- Monthly clinical supervision
- A salary of £30,000 per year FTE
- Hybrid working, with 1-2 days office based

The position is offered on a flexible basis and we are open to discussing hours and place of work, with a minimum of one day a week in our East Croydon office.
