**JOB ROLE**

**You will be responsible for managing the website with great knowledge of design and execution. In this role you will be confident dealing with basic/technical code, website design and optimisation, design layouts, web functionality whilst liaising with the development team. Expertise in Magento is beneficial.**

**KEY TASKS**:

- **You will define and prioritise a well-defined roadmap for digital commerce B2B and Marketplace sites with internal stakeholders**:

- **Support end-to-end efforts to develop and adhere to project plans/schedules/deliverables; ensure project timelines are appropriately managed throughout the project lifecycle**:

- **Continuously improve product / site management with agile development processes**:

- **Support the design of new features with our UX/UI and development teams**:

- **Coordinate user tests, propose recommendations for improvement and seek validation with our partners while identifying bugs and opportunities for improvement**:

- **Test the quality of sites and write test plans for external testers**:

- **Ensure site experience and design is consistent within our brands + legal requirements**

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- **Clear, concise and user-friendly interpersonal skills to easily transmit your ideas to any audience**:

- **Strong organisation skills and self-motivation**:

- **Ability to work on numerous assignments at one time with proven follow-through, attention to detail and dedication to business partnership**:

- **Comfortable navigating ambiguity - in business requirements, technology options and product / site direction**:

- **Familiar with PPC, SEO and Analytics**

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- **Experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner**:

- **Experience with leading Digital Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Commerce Cloud, Magento, Salesforce, etc.**:

- **Working on Agile/SCRUM development teams**:

- **A functional understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, etc.**

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Experience in Google Analytics (or similar)**:

- **Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence, and/or Trello)**:

- **Experience with web development / architecture**:

- **Experience in user research or design thinking**

**IF YOU ARE A UNIVERSITY GRADUATE**:

- **You must have a Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree**:

- **Graduate salary: £25,000 with grades 2:1 or above. Bonus scheme, with a definite yearly bonus**

**Salary: Salary based on skills and experience. Bonus scheme, with a definite 6-month bonus (every June and December)**

**Must wear formal office attire (uniform allowance £800 per year)**

**Personal phones must not be used for any purpose during working hours, only allowed to be used during lunchtime (no snacking during the working hours)**

**Working Hours Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:30 - 5:30), 1-hour lunch break**

**Holidays: 20 days a year plus bank holidays**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
