**Department**:
The Enterprise Marketing Department are a core part of our business, supporting all product brands within the Cox Automotive portfolio. Cox Automotive cover all areas of the vehicle lifecycle, while the Group Marketing Department support all areas within the businesses.

**Job Role**:
You will be working closely with internal stakeholders at all levels to provide effective support in enhancing our customers relationship with the business through innovative online experiences.

Design
- Creating designs for web pages and on-page components for existing websites
- Working within existing CMS page templates (Wordpress, Umbraco) to design new page components
- Social media campaign support
- Creating optimised digital assets to support campaign delivery

Digital Development
- Working with marketing stakeholders to gather development requirements
- Working with agencies on digital projects
- Work closely with the CRM Manager and Digital marketing analyst to develop and deliver CRO programmes.
- Test user journey improvements prior to new development deployment

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience and understanding or UX/UI design
- Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- Experience of using CMS platforms, in particular Wordpress and Umbraco
- Highly creative but equally know your technology
- Experience of translating requirements into appealing customer experiences
- Experience of working with multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills managing stakeholder relationships
