**Responsibilities of Role**
- Answer the phones and assist patients with the queries
- Greet patients in a friendly manner
- Manage the appointment diary and patient appointments
- General reception duties

**Skills**
- Polite and friendly
- Articulate and well presented
- Excellent customer care
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Some reception experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be given.

The position is full time covering Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm with 1 hour lunch break. You will be required to work Saturday mornings 8.00am - 1.00pm.
