**Location**: Gatcombe Farm, Flax Bourton

West Country Games is a leading Stag & Hen group activity provider in the South West, with a sister site based in South Wales.

We have entertained over 80,000 visitors and are ranked one of the best stag and hen group activities in the region.

With 9 totally unique ‘West Country’ Themed games on offer, we provide our customers memorable experiences and a great opportunity to do something a little different outdoors.

**What you’ll be doing **(full training provided):

- Welcoming groups and providing health & safety briefings
- Instructing groups around each of the 9 games
- Ensuring safety equipment is worn and game rules are followed
- Assisting with equipment set up and pack away - there is manual work to do

**What you’ll need**:

- Have great communication skills and enjoy fun interaction with people
- To perform physical duties and enjoy working outdoors in all weathers
- Be health & safety conscious and able to challenge bad behaviour when necessary
- Work on your own initiative and be a great team player
- Be confident and enthusiastic and exceed in engagement with groups of adults

**What you’ll learn**:

- Great customer service skills
- Health & Safety awareness
- Becoming an effective team member
- Group leadership skills
- Receiving and relaying important instructions
- Building confidence in leading groups

This position would be suitable for people who can commit to working a minimum of two Saturday’s per month (and preferably more), and able to travel to our activity site near Bristol. We are situated in Long Ashton, **BS48 3QT**.

**Job Type**:Part-time

**Part-time hours**:8.5 per week on Saturdays

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour (age dependent)

**Benefits**:

**Schedule**:

- 8.5 hour shift
- Saturdays only

**Work Location**:One location - Long Ashton, near Bristol

Contract length: 8 months

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 8.5 per week
