**Bodyshop Estimator Responsibilities**:
In this pivotal role of Bodyshop Estimator, you will be responsible for:

- Creating precise estimates for labor, paint, and parts needed to repair or replace damaged components, utilising our client's internal systems and protocols.
- Evaluating the practicality of repair versus the payment of the vehicle's market value prior to the accident.
- Determining the most appropriate course of action: repairing parts or opting for replacements.
- Collaborating with Insurance Companies and completing essential insurance forms to ensure all necessary criteria are met.
- Communicating effectively with customers to outline required work and provide consistent updates.
- Coordinating with internal managers and staff to facilitate necessary work on sales vehicles.

**Qualifications for Bodyshop Estimator Role**:

- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Estimator/Controller, preferably within an independent Bodyshop or an approved Repairer.
- A valid full driving license with an excellent driving record.
- A strong team-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to upholding quality while addressing customer needs.
- While experience with Kerridge is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
