Accompanied Viewer

**Responsibilities**:

- Accompany potential buyers on property viewings
- Provide a professional and knowledgeable service to all clients
- Be punctual and reliable for all appointments
- Discuss with potential buyers the benefits of the local area
- Drive to appointments using their own vehicle
- Ensure all properties are presented in a clean and tidy manner prior to viewings
- Maintain accurate records of all appointments and keys
- Provide feedback to the sales team regarding property viewings and client feedback

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- A professional and well-presented appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Market Harborough and ideally the property market
- Must be trustworthy and reliable
- Ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
- Flexibility to work on an ad-hoc basis
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
