As a Community Support Worker you would have a varied role which ranges from providing companionship care and assisting with daily tasks such as cleaning. To providing more hands-on support with personal care, supporting, and administering medication and making and preparing meals for people who need it the most.

As a support worker you will need to be adaptable, approachable and be able to put others first. This role makes a difference in so many people’s lives and having that desire to make a diffidence is invaluable.

We provide full training and induction, so experience is not essential

What we do ask is that you have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

We have a variety of shift patterns available to you, Mornings, Evenings or Weekends, we work with you to suit your lifestyle. All our shifts are in local areas meaning mínimal travel. Ability to work every other weekend is expected.
