Operations Manager required to help lead next stage of growth for an expanding IT Support & Solutions Provider in Cambridge area.

They are looking for a data-driven leader who is confident in their operational and analytical abilities to assist scaling up. Able to build an inclusive and uplifting working environment that staff can thrive and develop.

The role will include strategic planning, coordination, operational process design, cost-planning, continuous improvement, escalation management, KPI provision and Management meetings.

You will also have ownership and responsibility for the IT Support, Service Desk, IT Engineers and Project teams.

They require:

- Worked as an Operations Manager in an IT/Technical environment - ideally responsible for the growth of an IT Support Business.
- IT Support, IT Services background ideally including ITIL Foundation, Prince 2/APMG or similar and/or SDI Service Desk Manager.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office including 365.
- Excellent communications and leadership skills.
- Ability to provide creativity and deliver pragmatic solutions.
- Strong negotiator, organiser, planner and problem solver.
- Growth orientated and thoughtful leader that enables others to grow and achieve goals.

Location: Cambridge - Hybrid

**Salary**: To £45K plus benefits
