**Maximus Solutions **is working with an well established and dynamic company near Maidenhead who are looking for an Mechanical Estimator to join the team during their exciting period of growth.

Working as a part of a multi disciplined team, your role will include buying mechanical materials for projects and reviewing the current supply to help the company grow into its next steps.

**Requirements**:

- Understanding of associated mechanical services
- Commercial acumen to ensure tenders are financially sound
- Liaise with Architects, Engineers, Sub-contractors, Suppliers and the client to establish the project specification, preliminary requirements, risk provision and exclusions
- Undertake the preparation and processing of quotations, bids and tenders
- Assess material, labour and plant requirements in compilation of the tender
- meet client budgetary requirements
- prepare supplier and sub-contractor enquiries
- Have a proven background in Mechanical Estimating
- Computer literate with experience of estimation software
- Strong communication skills
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong understanding of mechanical & process pipework systems, HVAC, plumbing and other mechanical building services systems
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate of Higher Education (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Estimating: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
