We are currently recruiting for a Finishing Manager. Have experience working in the assisted living sector? Good with customers? We have a new role in **_Peacehaven _**for you

- Duration: 6 months
- Day rate: £220-230 a day

**The company**

This national main contractor has a reputation for delivering high quality assisted living apartment and houses. Their stringent quality control process throughout the whole build programme is reflected upon final delivery and their customer satisfactionsurveys.

**The project**

A new build development with a mix of apartments and houses, design & build for a high-end client.

**The role**

Reporting directly into the onsite Site Manager, the role requires you to have knowledge of:

- Maintain and implement high standards of Health & Safety.
- Understanding building regulations for the back end of the build.
- Coordinate with contractors for when works should be completed by.
- Progress reports for Senior Management team.
- Coordinate with contractors to complete defects lists.
- Hold weekly subcontract meetings. Discuss and resolve all actions and circulate minutes.
- Plan flow of materials to ensure all requirements are met.
- Respond to all queries from trades and action accordingly.

You will be an individual that enjoys a challenge, takes pride in delivering an exceptional property and can work within a team.

**Qualifications**:

- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- NVG or City & Guilds desirable.
- First Aid

**Experience**:

- Proven track record of successfully delivering both new build & change of use residential developments.
- Working knowledge of building regulations and NHBC sign off essential.
- 1-2 years' experience of managing trades packages either for a developer, main contractor, or subcontractor.
- Experience of the back-end of the build.

**Skill set**:

- An eye for detail.
- Strong man-management and motivational skills.
- Be able to write detailed reports.
- Excellent organisation.
- Customer facing and approachable.
