Our clients, a well-established and successful Property Consultancy business, are looking to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their team.

**As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role will involve the following**:

- Preparing feasibility studies
- Preliminary Estimates
- Costs plans and analysis
- Providing advice on Projects
- Preparation of Tender including the schedule of work and price documentation
- Financial control including financial reports and expenditure
- Project Management

**To be considered for the Senior Quantity Surveyor role you must have**:

- A relevant degree or experience in quantity Surveying
- Up-to-date knowledge of Building Regulations
- Understanding and experience in Cost reporting
- Experience managing Contractors' work
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

**Working hours**:
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be required to work Monday-Friday.

**Our client is offering the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- Basic salary of circa £50,000
