**CONTRACT**: 35 HOURS PER WEEK (Hybrid)**

We are recruiting for a number of Business Insight Executive’s to join our Risk and Controlling team. The key purpose for these roles are to deliver Management Information (MI) across the Operations and Commercial departments, providing reporting and analysis to add value that tells the story that drives business informed decisions.

This role is responsible for working with key stakeholders across the business to deliver ad-hoc data requests and develop a standard suite of reports.

**This is what you could be doing**:

- Own and produce the standard reporting suite, enabling fast and accurate information production to aid stakeholder decision making.
- Create awareness of risks and opportunities through monitoring all performance reporting.
- Identify and resolve any data quality issues that have an impact on the Business Performance team outputs.
- Develop sound working relationships cross functionally and companywide to improve and then maintain data quality across the wider business.
- Proactively develop and continuously improve outputs to anticipate the future needs of stakeholders.
- Have an understanding of data visualisation tools such as Tableau in order to refine the reporting suite and drive a reduction in ad-hoc reactive report requests.
- Maintain Salesforce data for the Fleet department, ensuring all data is audited for accuracy.
- Utilise Salesforce functionality to create reports and dashboards to provide lead insight to the Fleet Department and VWG stakeholders.
- Contribute to the accurate production of various business wide presentations
- Where appropriate, provide challenge and offer alternative solutions to stakeholders to drive optimal outcomes.
- Maintain appropriate process and procedure documentation.
- Active involvement in any relevant projects, understanding the impacts of reporting requirements to include relevant gathering, testing and implementation

**This is the experience and skills you can bring to the role**:

- You will need to have Automotive finance experience, particularly in Fleet as this knowledge will be fully relied upon in this role
- Analytical thinker, but with the ability to engage and convey ideas and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
- Methodical and disciplined approach to work, ability to identify trends and exceptions with tenacity to investigate
- Advanced PC literacy: Microsoft Office skills especially Excel for reporting requirements and knowledge/experience of Business Objects, SQL and Tableau
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to deliver at pace and cope under pressure/meet strict deadlines.
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle and prioritise multiple requests.
- You have great interpersonal skills and can influence stakeholders
