**What you will be doing**
You will be operating one or more of the PM processes on a project, and be responsible for some aspects of processes or supporting more senior staff on a larger project.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
Undertaking a full range of activities in support of project management, given responsibility for aspects of a project, and facilitating the effective delivery of projects/programmes
Supporting the Project Manager through project reporting, escalating issues, and monitoring performance
Working independently on routine aspects of the activity, usually under guidance and supervision in more complex situations.
You will be attending internal and external customer meetings as well as making sure the project runs to time, to cost and schedule, reporting any issues as early as possible.
Driving plan changes to maintain progress and achieve targets
We offer a variety of roles within the Air business for our graduates. You will remain in your placement during your time as a graduate and the role you will undertake will vary based on the requirements of the team and the business. It may not include all of the tasks mentioned above and could include additional activities involving other project management practises such as agile methodologies or project controls techniques.

**Skills**
As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM or Business, Finance, Legal, PM related
