Technical Supervisor

**The Role**
**Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Technical Supervisor at our Fakenham site. Fakenham is our dedicated Meat Free facility, producing own label vegetarian products and products under license for Linda McCartney Foods.

PURPOSE OF ROLE / USP's

**Key Responsibilities**
- To lead, develop and manage the on-shift Quality Assurance team and ensure legislative, customer, accreditation and company requirements are met.
- To be the first point of Technical contact for Operational, Engineering and other departments, providing a proactive presence in the factory.
- Deputise for the QA Manager taking on key responsibilities as required
- Help support the day to day business to ensure the effectiveness of the manufacturing process

**What you will need for the role / what it will take**:

- Educated to HND level or relevant industry experience
- Supervisory experience
- A positive and committed attitude towards food quality and safety
- Ability to prioritise, plan and organise
- Ability to work shifts - alternating 0600 - 1400 & 1400 - 2200
