**What you'll do**:

- You'll work with a variety of metals including mild steel, aluminium and stainless creating a broad range of customer products
- Using mig and tig you need to have knowledge of, and experience working with assembly and technical drawings to weld and fabricate what is needed
- You'll work with a variety of different materials and thicknesses
- You'll often be working on new ideas, new processes, using new tools as we frequently acquire new projects. This keeps the talent in our team thriving
- Our quality standards are very high with mínimal margin for error which requires a high level of detail to ensure we produce an exceptional product for our clients
- You'll be a critical colleague and by working smartly you'll help minimize downtime and boost output through our a fast-paced operation

**We'd love you to**:

- Have some experience as a Welder, Sheet Metal Worker or Fabricator
- If you're not qualified, we can teach and / or take you through qualifications needed as long as you can show us that you have enough skill and some experience that we can build on with you
- You need to be able to easily read and interpret manufacturing and engineering drawings
- Be able to safely, through use of the right consumables on each job, handle fabricated product and welding equipment correctly
- Find it straightforward to look at a complex sheet metalwork part or product and plan how it should be made
