- Here is a Charity Organisation named “Kent Foursquare Gospel Church in Dartford, Kent. We are seeking to employ a Minister of Religion (Residence Pastor) in order to meet certain spiritual needs of our congregation in Ashford Kent branch.

GBP21,673:60 per annum

**Working Hours**

40 Hours per week, GBP 10.42 per hourly rate. Ability to work weekends also

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

To preach and teach truth of the bible to the congregation. To advance the goals and vision in accordance to the objects of the Ministry. To conduct ordination process of the suitable ministers.

To provide pastoral care and cater for specific ethnic minorities spiritual needs for example in the area of language. To provide teaching especially in the area of Foursquare unique faith and doctrine. To deal with and resolve any matter that may arise from within the organization.

**Experience, skills and qualifications**
- Be an individual who is a born-again Christian (Baptised).
- Must have been ordained by Foursquare or a similar in faith Christian organization.
- Be an individual who is familiar and knows the Foursquare faith and tradition.
- Be flexible and able to attend relevant church meetings.
- Possess at least one of these spiritual gifts: servant-hood, teaching, exhortation (encouragement), leadership, faith, discernment, apostleship, administration, and evangelism.
- Must have the ability to listen to and communicate with people of all ages; a concern that others know Christ; the ability to work with church members, visitors, and unchurched people
- Should show genuine interest in responding to the hopes and concerns of people in the community.
- must have related certificate/ training for the post (Bible School Certificate).
- Willing to travel on mission within and outside the UK.
- An individual with the ability to communicate in English Language also, being able to communicate in one of these major Nigerian Languages (Yoruba, Igbo or Hausa) will be of advantage.
- You must be entitled to live and work in the United Kingdom.
