**Salary Scale: 16 - 20 (£19,582 - £21,979 per annum)**

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Charity and Housing Association. The Society of St James (SSJ) has been working in Hampshire for over 40 years, delivering high impact, person-centred, accommodation services to adults and young people experiencing homelessness, problematic substance use and mental health problems. **The Role**

The administrator role will hold a key responsibility to report to your line manager and national government of the progress of Portsmouth’s Substance Misuse treatment services. You will need to have exceptional communication skills both verbally and written and will work to deadlines and targets of data completion at regular intervals and review periods. Some of your work will involve contact our clients directly either via the phone or face to face.

Our successful applicant will benefit from a flexible working pattern which may involve mostly working from home and lone working for a majority of your working week.
