Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Providing services and communicating 3rd parties for vessel port calls in and out of the port(s)
- Arranging and managing client requested services
- Submitting information on crew and any passengers to the local immigration authorities
- Completion of all relevant vessel clearance documentation
- Advising Customs of the ship’s arrival and reporting imports/export withing Destin8
- Quayside coordination of loading and discharging of cargo and the safe handling of equipment
- Ship’s husbandry
- Coordinating ship services including fuel, repairs, and maintenance
- Sourcing of supplies and spare parts
- Tracking of services and costs

ROLE
- Based Aberdeen
- Required to be able to travel when needed (UK and abroad)
- Work evenings, nights and weekends when required

ATTRIBUTES

Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
