Visual Merchandiser

We are currently recruiting for a full time Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Brechin Castle Centre. The position is 37.50 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (including weekends)

Have a min of 3 years visual merchandising/window dressing experience in a retail environment. Qualifications in a relevant field would be advantageous but not essential
- Have excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of customers
- Be well presented and punctual
- Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Be energetic, enthusiastic and dynamic
- Have the ability to react quickly to changing situations and deliver at pace
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team and on their own
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Be commercially aware of trends
- Have a strong creative flare

Duties will include:

- Ensuring that our products are displayed to make our centre look and feel amazing
- Create visually inspiring instore displays
- Taking pride in the store appearance
- Working with others to create and maintain displays
- Developing product knowledge and using initiative to help drive sales
- Planning and organising promotional and seasonal displays

**It is essential** that you are able to work weekends and if needed additional hours.
