Minicab Controller

All time radio cars is looking to recruit experienced controllers to join our dedicated team at our Uxbridge office. All Time Radio Cars has been established 45 years and are dedicated to providing high quality private hire vehicles to the local and surrounding community. Successful applicants must speak **fluent English** and have a solid understanding of industry processes within the private hire sector. Applicants must also display professional telephonist skills and etiquette as well as superior communication skills working in high stress environments. A strong geographical understanding of London, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and the surrounding area is essential. Applicants must have **rights to work in the UK** and provide an **up to date DBS.**

Applicants require **1 years experience **in mini cab controlling. **Flexibility, punctuality and professionalism **is required. You would be controlling 20 drivers on a night shift working approximately 12 hour shifts.

Duties involve:

- Answering incoming calls
- Using state of the art dispatch system
- Managing customer and driver complaints in a civil and respectful manner
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary

Experience required:

- knowledge of cab treasure dispatch system
- knowledge of auto cab dispatch system
- knowledge of cordic dispatch system
- 1 years experience in mini cab controlling
- must speak fluent English
- customer service skills
