The Supply Room is excited to announce immediate and January 2024 opportunities for full-time Teaching Assistants to join the team a vibrant SEN school in Canford Heath, Poole. No formal qualifications required - just your passion, commitment, and a desire to make a positive impact

The position is to work in a SEN school for children and young people aged 3 to 19 with severe and complex learning needs. The school take pride in their commitment to personalised learning pathways, recognising that each pupil's unique profile requires tailored approaches. As a team, they celebrate diversity and champion the growth and development of every individual.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team dedicated to supporting the learning and care needs of exceptional pupils. Key responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with colleagues to create personalised learning approaches.
- Nurturing a vibrant and happy learning environment.
- Providing support to pupils with a range of challenges, including Autism, Communication Difficulties, Complex Developmental Delay, Complex Medical Needs, Emotional/Mental Health Needs, Physical Disabilities, Sensory Integration Difficulties, and Sensory Disabilities.
- Embracing a conscientious, self-motivated, and flexible approach to meet individual learning needs.
- Celebrating achievements and fostering a culture of growth and positivity.

**We are seeking individuals with**:

- Professional experience in working with children, vulnerable adults, or supporting individuals with learning disabilities (professional or volunteer work).
- A genuine interest in working with special children and a dedication to their well-being.
- A collaborative and flexible mindset, thriving as a team player.
- GCSE English and Maths (no other qualifications required).
