Purchasing Administrator

Brook Street Recruitment is working with our client in East Belfast to recruit a new fill time and permanent Purchase Administrator to join their team
- Liaising with suppliers for stock/quotes
- Raising purchase orders for stock/equipment needed
- Managing returns to suppliers
- Receiving and checking incoming orders
- Chasing overdue purchase orders
- Maintaining office stock/engineer car stock
- Keeping stores clean & tidy and adhering to Health & Safety Regulations
- General administration duties as and when required
Criteria required
- Fully computer literate
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good communication and organisation skills
- Must pass security clearance
- Experience in Security/Electrical industry desirable but not essential
Working 39 Hours per week - M-T 8.30am - 5.00pm Fri 8.30am -4.00pm
Salary will depend on background - no less than £21,00 per annum
Potential higher salary for applicants with strong experience
