The role
- Daily processing of customer disconnections
- Managing the billing cycles for multiple businesses
- Dealing with customer billing queries
- Assist with renewals, activations, validations and customer set up
- Monthly billing reporting and reconciliations

What you need to be successful
- Intermediate excel skills
- Able to build positive working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation skills
- Be keen to learn and progress
